When you step into a career with AT&T, you won’t just imagine the future—you'll create it.The UX Designer designs experiences for data-driven products and services across all platforms using a variety of graphics software applications, techniques, and tools.Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Designs, prototypes, and develops user interface features, site animation, and special effects elements to both communicate and move a user efficiently and effortlessly through tasks and experiences, with a focus on generative AI interactions.

Analyzes strategy and contributes to the design group's efforts to enhance the look and feel of the organization’s data-driven digital offerings.

Designs and/or customizes comprehensive websites and applications through the use of internet/Web technology. Determines optimal layout, media, and technology to be employed, based on client information and requirements. Maintains security and documentation standards, including quality and accuracy.

Responsible for applying UX design principles and professional experience to the development of AT&T's design processes, roles, and resources within the Chief Data Office Product and UX team.

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor of Science degree in Human Computer Interaction, Interactive Media, or Graphic Design or equivalent experience. Advanced degree preferred.

5-8 years real-world experience in design (5-8 years) with working knowledge of managing projects independently.

Solid general knowledge of UX design principles, with a focus on designing for generative AI interactions, and can independently manage multiple projects.

Requires daily office presence (3-5 days a week) in Dallas, Atlanta, Plano or Austin.

Our UX Designers earn between $128,400 – $215,800. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.Joining our team comes with amazing perks and benefits:
