Job DescriptionA National Retail and Food chain, headquartered in the greater Atlanta, GA area is hiring for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Financial and Operations Test Lead.As part of our Transformation effort at The Company, the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) is being implemented and we are looking a Test Lead to spearhead the testing effort.Test Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive test strategy for Microsoft D365 F&O projects focusing on automated testing. Create detailed test plans, including scope, resources, schedule, and deliverables.Test Execution: Create and execute test cases to manually validate Microsoft D365 F&O functionality and integration points. Collaborate with development and business teams to identify and resolve issues with an emphasis on early detection.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor testers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Provide guidance on testing best practices and methodologies. Coordinate project releases and release sign-offs.Defect Management: Identify and report defects discovered during each testing phase. Work closely with development teams to prioritize and resolve identified defects.Automation: Drive the implementation of test automation where applicable to enhance efficiency and test coverage. Develop the automation testing framework and apply the selected resource to our Dynamics Microsoft D365 F&O environment. Create and maintain automation test scripts.Reporting and Documentation: Generate comprehensive test reports and documentation for project stakeholders highlighting the impact of testing on product quality. Track and communicate testing progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within the testing lifecycle. Proven experience as a Test Lead in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O projects Excellent understanding of Microsoft D365 F&O modules and integration points. Strong leadership and communication skills Proficient in test management tools and test automation frameworks. Relevant certifications in testing or Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP) are a plus.
