The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of Agile methodologies, extensive experience in managing cross-functional teams, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions in a dynamic environment.About The Job

Daily Team Management:Oversee and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies. Monitor team status, track progress, and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards.

Risk and Issue Management:Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues, ensuring they are addressed promptly and effectively. Implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.

Roadblock Clearance:Actively work to remove internal and external impediments that hinder team progress, ensuring a smooth workflow and timely delivery of project milestones.

Coordination:Collaborate with other Scrum teams working on Workday and related applications to align goals, share best practices, and synchronize efforts.

Work Prioritization:Facilitate the prioritization of tasks within the Scrum team, balancing client requests and business objectives to maximize value delivery.

Quality Assurance:Ensure that the team adheres to standard delivery documentation and quality assurance processes, maintaining high standards of software development and project documentation.

Product Owner Support:Act as a backup for the Product Owner, specifically for HR and Payroll technical components, ensuring continuity and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 8 years of experience in a Scrum Master or Agile Project Management role, with at least 3 years in a principal or lead position.

Technical Skills:

Working knowledge of Workday interfaces and integration.

Proficiency with Azure middleware orchestration solutions.

Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Certifications:Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or equivalent Agile certifications.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Proactive problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Experience in HR and Payroll systems.

Familiarity with other Agile frameworks such as Kanban,SAFe, or Lean.

Prior experience in product ownership or business analysis.

This hybrid position requires at least 3 minimum days of in office presence per week. This position is only available at the posted locations. Full-time remote work is not offered.Our Principal Scrum Master, earn between $158,200 - $237,400. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
