The Sales Leader for DCS is responsible for leading and managing the sales activities of DCS while reporting directly to the AM&D Emerging Market Sales Leader. This role involves driving sales OIT and revenue, building and maintaining customer relationships, and managing a team of sales representatives. The Sales Leader will promote and sell diagnostic cardiology solutions to hospitals and healthcare organizations.Your role:

Primary responsibility: manage and drive commercial sales for Diagnostic Cardiology Solutions.

Supporting senior leadership to manage commercial integration initiatives across Philips Ambulatory Monitoring and Diagnostics.

Collaborate with sales management and field marketing to ensure the appropriate strategies and sales approaches are being implemented. Recommend changes to sales policies and establishes procedures that affect immediate organization(s).

Be responsible for achieving individual and team targets, assist in all talent acquisition and development activities within team, and drive the knowledge base and value proposition of our products and software solutions within the DCS teams.

Manage and lead our MR (Manufacturer Representatives) channel partner relationships to drive enhanced Sales Effectiveness and overall engagement.

Communicate overall strategy with all stake holders to include specialists and service.

Contribute to budget preparation and AOP planning with immediate management team.

You’re the right fit if:

You’ve acquired 8+ years of progressive sales and sales management experience.

Your skills include: demonstrated people management skills, capital equipment sales experience, experience leading account teams and selling to accounts that can produce large sales volumes and/or market share growth.

You have aBS/BA level degree or higher in a technical, healthcare or business discipline, or equivalent experience.

You have experience selling into accounts that are characterized by a complex sales cycle with multiple decision makers and a demonstrated ability to create and implement commercial and integration strategies.

At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $231,800 to $269,600 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
