We are looking for a Go Share candidate to join the Global Data Office Product Operations team as we migrate over 100M annual global revenue to a new, automated billing system.This is a unique opportunity and calls for an ambitious, hard-working, highly analytical professional. The payoff is that the Go Share candidate will have direct access and exposure to senior leaders and will participate in the analysis, execution, and presentation of key project deliverables.The Billing Operations Analyst will play a vital role within the Global Data Office, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of billing processes. This position is responsible for analyzing billing data, identifying discrepancies, and implementing solutions to optimize billing operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities may include:Billing Analysis: Review and analyze billing data to ensure accuracy and consistency. Identify and resolve billing discrepancies in a timely manner.Process Improvement: Evaluate current billing procedures and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Process Migration: Oversee data migration to new automated billing system, configure and validate product and client pricing.Reporting: Generate and distribute billing reports to management and other stakeholders.
