We are seeking an experienced and analytical Benefits Operations Analyst to join our global and centralized HR Operations team. In this role, you will be a key player in supporting the operational execution of employee benefits programs across the organization. You’ll focus on ensuring data accuracy, streamlining processes, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatoryrequirements. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, thrives in a collaborative environment, and has a strong operational mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a subject matter expert on the day to day operations of health, welfare, and retirement benefit plans.Analyze, audit, and reconcile benefits data across systems (e.g., HRIS, benefits platforms, vendor systems) to ensure accuracy and consistency.Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve escalated benefits issues and service disruptions.Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including ERISA, HIPAA, and ACA.Identify trends and process inefficiencies, recommend and implement process improvements including opportunities for automation.Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, workflows, and process documentation.Generate regular and ad hoc reports on benefit metrics, enrollment activity, and plan performance.Participate in system implementations, upgrades, integrations and new plan launches as needed.Support annual enrollment processes in various locals, including testing, data audits, and coordination with vendors and internal teams.This is a hybrid position.
