Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Business Analyst in the construction and contractor industry based in Atlanta, Georgia. This role involves heavy website and web administration, with a focus on HRIS systems. The Business Analyst will work on both sides, reporting into HR and dealing with tasks associated with Salesforce and website experience. The role requires strong communication skills and a background in HRIS Analysis.Responsibilities Overseeing the administration and maintenance of our website as a key marketing platform Prioritizing work on HRIS systems before progressing to other tasks Utilizing your previous experience as an HRIS analyst to effectively manage the role Balancing responsibilities between HR reporting and website management Applying your Salesforce and website experience to optimize our digital platforms Leveraging your skills in Oracle and SAP SuccessFactors HCM in your daily tasks Continually improving HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems for the benefit of the organization Conducting HRIS Analysis to drive strategic business decisions and improvements Ensuring effective communication across all levels of the organization Managing multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Requirements Candidate must possess skills in Website administration Proficiency in Salesforce.com is required Experience with SAP SuccessFactors HCM is necessary Knowledge of Oracle systems is essential Familiarity with HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems is needed Ability to conduct HRIS Analysis is a must Prior experience in a Business Analyst role in the Construction/Contractor industry is preferred Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are desirable Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously is necessary A degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
