Business Development Representative (Hybrid)

This is a hybrid opportunity.  Employee will work partial week from home and partial week in nearest office.This role will funnel the leads to a sales representative to further qualify and close the sale. This position is purely a lead generation role and will not be responsible for further steps in the sales cycle.

Responsibilities:Leverage proven prospecting techniques to initiate contact with prospective new clients in our Healthcare market (Health Insurance, Medical Devices, and Pharmaceuticals)Generate interest in a discovery meeting with an established RRD Sales Executive.Identify multiple contact points within a supplied list of targets and position the value proposition of our products and services to entice the prospect to learn more about RRD through a discovery meeting.Conduct online research to better understand the prospect and contact points business objectives to better position RRD services.Generate a high-value sales pipeline through both strategic and targeted prospecting for Healthcare accounts.Collaborate with the sales team to develop a list of target prospectsDevelop and run a pipeline of prospects and provide top-class customer experienceEffectively & smoothly transition a lead to an account executive following the first discovery meetingActively utilize Salesforce for all activities related to Lead GenerationMeet with Sales Leaders to evaluate strategy
