We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with concrete construction experience to establish themselves as a team player where they will oversee the construction process to ensure the highest level of specificity and safety isadhered to while upholding the standard of quality expected of the company.The PM will be tasked with leadership in many areas and phases of construction to include by not limited by the following:Managing material and labor and subcontractor cost analysis on budgets. Managing and reviewing project schedules.Reviewing submittals from vendors.Submitting and receiving submittals from general contractors.Creating request for change orders and additional work orders.Creating new purchase orders for new projects.Reviewing and comparing TW and Re-Steel drawings to structural and architectural drawings.Creating books for each new job.Maintaining current submittal log.Creating project overlays for complex projects.RCOLog.Job Start-up packages.Updating budget costs.Forecasting (Materials, Labor and Subcontractors.)Reviewing schedule compared to budget.Pre and post job reviews with superintendents.Review pay requests and outstanding change orders.Participate in Project and Ductilcrete meetings associated with projects.Create change orders based upon drawings, changes, revisions during construction.Review and report all ACI standards for any issues that occurring on site.Create flow charts of Staff duties and procedures for company.Work with Superintendents for resolving change orders for drawings, Rebar and Ductilcrete materials.Create, review and document budgets for new jobs and create job start up packages.Review and audit buy out estimates for errors and savings potential.Create and update OSHA Safety procedures books for compliance.Review credit statements, coding invoices, petty cash documentation and audit pay requests.Record Welding and Crane Certification for General Contractors and maintain ACI Flatwork Finisher Certification.Set up First Aid/CPR, Silica, OSHA 30, Ariel and Forklift training for Superintendents.Maintain presence in ASCC as a company representative for meetings and events.Perform other project management duties as assigned.Job RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering and Construction Management or equivalent work experience. 5-10 years direct experience working in Project Manager construction role.Knowledgeable about concrete construction processes and procedures.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to prioritize responsibilities and self-manage multi-tasked duties.Exhibit critical thinking and decision-making skills.Proficient with computers and technology.Competitive salary with experience; excellent benefits package.M/F/D/V EOE
