WHAT YOU WILL DO:The Financial Analyst evaluates business performance and market conditions, delivering reports to support senior management in making both tactical and strategic decisions. Additionally, the analyst collaborates closely with the Sales team, offering insights and recommendations to identity opportunities for growing the Chemistry business. Job duties include:· Provide detailed forecasting, reporting, and project assistance to senior management.· Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting for SFCI.· Monitor and evaluate operating results against budget while preparing evaluation with recommendations for efficiencies.· Work with department heads on capital investment decisions, post-audit assessment of variances from expectations, and the impact of new investments.· Recommend benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance of divisions and departments, linking expenditures to achievements.· Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization.· Build strong relationships with department heads and create models and presentations that help with decision-making and enhance a culture of trust.· Other duties as assigned.YOUR MUST HAVES:· Must be 18 years of age or older.·Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.·2 or more years of relevant experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, investment banking, or other related field.·Strong working knowledge of Excel and financial modeling.·Strong attention to accuracy and detail as well as demonstrated diagnostic, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.WHAT WE PREFER YOU HAVE:·MBA is a plus, but not required.·Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).·Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills.OUR ENVIRONMENT:This is a hybrid role, partially based at the Corporate Headquarters, combining time in a traditional office setting with remote work from your professional home office. You will be expected to work on-site at minimum three days a week. The position requires sitting for extended periods of time while working on a computer.WHAT WE OFFER:
