WNA is seeking a Financial Analyst with Agile financial management experience, Power BI skills, and excellent budgeting and forecasting acumen for client consulting, transformation and project work on multi-year programs in large business organizations.Role:Consolidate data into meaningful information for management decision making.
Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts. Identify financial data, trends, scenarios, and challenges. Develop dashboards and reporting.
Support transformation. Assist clients and WNA consulting teams with process improvement, planning, communications, and implementation of organizational changes in a move to improved financial management and Agile SAFe budgeting environments.
Identify financial data, trends, scenarios and challenges to make improvements to process and results. Create process improvements on the acquisition and analysis of financial data.
Automate process including invoicing, accruals, reversals and the new funding / capacity models.
Requirements:2 + years working with capital and expense budgeting in SAFe/Agile environment. Familiarity with lean / value stream budgeting approaches and techniques.
3 + years of project metrics, project control, earned value and variance analysis.
1+ years of PowerBI report creation.
Excellent communication skills.
Understands capital and expense allocation and budgeting.
Understands project metrics, project control, earned value and variance analysis.
Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation development and delivery.
Exceptional math, spreadsheet, and data analytics skills with incredible attention to detail and accuracy.
Bachelor?s degree required. Finance, business, IT or Engineering degrees preferred.
Graduate degree a plus.
Expert with MS Suite tools including Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Word.
Highly responsive to customers and team members and the ability to work unguided and independently.
2+ years working in a large company environment within IT, contract management, and/or financial management departments a strong plus, but not required.
Location: Atlanta, Georgia; Dallas, Texas; other locations considered. Remote through March 2021Compensation: $70,000-$100,000 per year commensurate with skills and experience.Timing / Duration: Immediate Start.
