You'll also communicate with third parties and shared services, emphasizing the impact of your work on thousands of people. Attention to detail is crucial as you document variances from best practices and provide solutions to meet client needs.Responsibilities· Providing clear analysis, test plans, and standard operating procedures.· Coaching and develop team members on technology and quality assurance.· Fostering a culture of continuous improvement.· Reviewing and support client requests and escalations.· Assisting in leading and managing documentation for client meetings.· Managing development blueprints and project hand-offs.· Owning execution of system activities and defect resolution.· Championing the current Operating System.· Engaging in ongoing personal development.· Promoting a culture of continuous improvement by asking "Why or Why Not?"Requirements· Possess Proficiency in analysis, test plan creation, and standard operating procedures.· Possess coaching and team development skills.· Able to manage documentation and project lifecycles.· Possess knowledge of health domain and healthcare reform impact.· Experience in project management and small to medium project handling.· possess proficiency in system activities execution and defect resolution.· Possess good understanding in root cause analysis and complex query development.· Able to communicate and support cross-cultural teams.· Possess with SDLC methodology and deployment activities.· Able to engage in ongoing personal and professional development.Flexible WorkingSo that you can be your best at work and home, we consider flexible working arrangements wherever possible. Work with technical inquiries and help customers to overcome these difficulties. Support analysts often guide customers through self-help methods with the aid of resources and documentation. When protocol has been followed and the issue cannot be resolved, the analyst may need to find an alternative solution. Monitor, document, and follow-up on these processes to ensure that customers are satisfied.
