Description Robert Half Marketing & Creative is working with an Atlanta based company to hire a Junior Motion Graphics Designer.The Motion Graphics Designer will work on a long term contract with the possibility to join the team full time. The role will be responsible for creating short form videos and multimedia content for several national brands.RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in the development of strong cross-platform creative,from short form video and multimedia content such as trailers, interviews,promos, and animations to longer digital and social videos, graphic toolkits,event/sales/executive presentations, digital and broadcast content and more Support the communication and marketing efforts for theInspire and its family of restaurant brands through motion graphics and videofor internal and external uses Work closely and collaboratively with a variety of teams, atthe corporate, brand and franchisee level Manage strict deadlines and coordinate edits with projectowners, managers, and collaborators to effectively support multiple projects atonce, Collaborate and learn from other creatives of various skillsets,specialties and levels of experience to create and execute high quality work Leverage tools from traffic and ticketing systems to creativebriefs and asking questions to learn and organize requests and needs to ensurewe can move fast and produce high quality work Continuously organize and maintain the graphic elementslibrary. Maintain digital files and ensures that projects are properlyarchived, documented and are accessible. Possess an understanding of design theory and how to producework across broadcast and digital for the purpose of marketing, advertising andcommunications Understand, adhere to and enforce brand guidelines, styleguides and standards across multiple brands Experience with a wide array of media, formats, platforms andmediums including print, broadcast, digital/mobile/social, POP, outdoor andevents/displays, video Fluent in the latest Adobe Creative Cloud suite and creativeworkflow and project management platforms such as Workfront, Jira, MondayRequirements Animation, Motion Graphic, Trailers, Conduct Interviews, Adobe After Effects, Adobe XD, 3D Animation, 2D Animation, Animator Pro Innovation starts with people.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
