Work ScheduleStandard (Mon-Fri)Environmental ConditionsOfficeJob DescriptionThe Manager Key Account is responsible for achieving incremental sales growth with key customers for our Laboratory Chemical Division (LCD). You will partner with key customer decision makers, channel partners, corporate account team and the Senior Manager Key Account leader to drive account strategy development and execution to improve the overall customer experience and improve revenue at assigned accounts.What will you do?
Identify specific growth initiatives, gain customer alignment, and drive site level execution.
Coordinate and conduct formal sales activities, including capabilities-based presentations, focus groups, and technical seminars to drive sales.
Represent and promote the division’s value proposition (e.g., sourcing / procurement, scientific leadership, end users, etc.) to advance access and opportunities.
Provide market intelligence, sales forecasts (expected bookings and revenue) and own reporting on a timely basis.
Partner with the appropriate corporate account sales team, distribution channel or leadership to provide expertise and implement a strategy designed to gain revenue and promote growth.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Sciences or similar experience
Experience
5+ years sales experience
Success in Large Account Management and strategic growth plans for large accounts
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Ability to travel 30-60%
Strong customer relationships with the ability to translate customer business goals and challenges into company-provided solutions and services
Strong strategic selling, negotiating, and presentation skills
Strong written and oral communication, organization, and project management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Compensation and BenefitsThe salary range estimated for this position based in California is $104,600.00–$172,450.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
