The ideal candidate will have expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript ES6, with a proven ability to design and deploy accessible and scalable front-end applications. Knowledge of React and JAMStack is a significant plus.Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of front-end applications using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript ES6.

Ensure applications are accessible, responsive, and optimized for performance across various devices and browsers.

Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement user-centric designs and enhance user experience.

Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.

Stay current with the latest front-end technologies, trends, and best practices.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing front-end solutions.

Work closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

7+ years of experience in front-end development.

Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript ES6.

Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG).

Experience with front-end build tools and frameworks such as Webpack, Babel, or Gulp.

Proficiency in version control systems like Git.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire a team.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
