This unique environment gives people the ability to go above and beyond expectations, multi-task, meet deadlines and have fun accomplishing goals.BODYARMOR Sports Nutrition is looking for a Partnership Marketing Manager to join our team to manage, develop and execute partnerships and marketing plans across collegiate sports for over 20 major colleges & universities. The Partnership Manager leads ongoing alliances, manages relationships, and helps leverage and activate partners and properties across the BODYARMOR Sports Nutrition marketing mix. This person is a key leader in marketing activation with short and mid-term impact on business results.Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day management of over 20 major colleges and universities, working with key stakeholders to maximize partnerships on behalf of the brand, including but not limited to, approval management, asset management, collaboration on asset utilization and prioritization with internal stakeholders and support in the production process of national campaigns

Lead strategic response to collegiate RFPs for BODYARMOR Sports Nutrition. This includes aligning with internal stakeholders to ensure the proposition within the RFP(s) are aligned with company and departmental objectives over a 5-10-year period

Oversee the optimization of BODYARMOR Sports Nutrition sideline and athletic training program across colleges and universities. This includes management of equipment vendors, agency partners and other stakeholders

Development of sports and entertainment initiatives to support the portfolio of brands across the marketing mix including but not limited to national campaigns, experiential activation, digital & social media, sales programs, incentives and more

Responsible for the development and execution of creative and content that generates compelling activation plans to drive consumer, retailer and distributor excitement

Support negotiations focused on optimal deal points and terms between key internal and external senior level stakeholders

Real time knowledge and constant communication required to colleagues re: media and entertainment landscape, market trends and competitor activity

Education Requirements:

BA required; Advanced degree (MA/MBA) preferred

Related Work Experience:

Minimum of 5-7 years relevant work experience within sports, entertainment marketing

Travel Requirements

Comfortable working in a hybrid setting (can be based in Atlanta, GA or Whitestone, NY office). Note: relocation costs are not provided for this role.

Position requires travel (35%) by car and plan, including both local and neighboring geographic territories

Position requires in-person attendance at bi-annual company retreats/meetings in New York and throughout the country

Must hold a valid driver's license

Motor vehicle records must satisfy Company's standards per driving policy
