You will be responsible for supporting our customers with a best-in-class customer onboarding experience. Role responsibilities:Calling newly acquired customers to Radius Telematics and ensuring that they receive a red-carpet experienceWorking a ‘check list’ of items to ensure swift install and activation of customer Telematics devicesSupporting new customers with providing systems training and setting up of key business software reportsSeeking out additional opportunities for customer upsell and cross-sell into the wider Radius GroupWorking cross-departmentally to solve challenges with the customer at the heart of everything you doUpdating business systems and CRM.
