job detailsRandstad is partnering with a Consumer Packaging company, and recruiting candidates to join their team as a Salesforce Business Analyst. This Contract opportunity can be remotely working but would need to be local to the Atlanta, GA area. Salesforce.com experience is required for this role! Bachelor's degree required and/or relevant work experience will be considered. Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with an understanding of the Salesforce architecture and the platform ecosystem.
Proficiency in SAP, Qlik, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Experience working with a variety of Salesforce.com modules, which include but are not limited to the following: Sales Cloud, Tableau, Service Cloud, CPQ and Pardot (Account Engagement).
Robust knowledge of data visualization tools with proven experience in data mining, business/statistical analysis and other relevant techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to report/present updates to various levels of leadership.
Travel requirements 10-25% (if not located in Atlanta, GA)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, understand and translate data needs/objectives into our systems.
Develop and implement data mining techniques to extract relevant information from structured and unstructured data sources to map/target new customers in our key markets.
Utilize advanced analysis techniques to identify patterns, trends, and correlations within datasets to reveal new growth areas.
Clean, validate, and transform raw data into a usable format for analysis with emphasis on Salesforce integration.
Develop and present comprehensive reports, visualizations, and presentations to highlight key business findings.
Stay up-to-date with the latest data mining and analysis techniques and tools and propose innovative solutions to enhance our data capabilities.
Stay current with technology best practices, new features, and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions that drive continuous improvement (AI and other automation tools).
