The Senior Corporate Counsel reports to the Chief Legal Officer. This position will examine contracts involving design and construction projects, leases, insurance, etc. and reviews various corporate and governance agreements, documents. Provides legal advice to the organization, prepares reports, guidelines and participates in the management of legal actions. Works closely with other departments to foresee and protect company against legal risks.This position can be based near the following CRB locations: Kansas City, MO, St. Louis, MO, Atlanta, GA, Cary, NC, Boston, MAResponsibilitiesDevelop relationships and collaboratively partner with internal stakeholders to assess legal and business risks and support the implementation of suitable mitigation remediesManage projects successfully to completionExamine contracts involving design and construction projects, leases, insurance, corporate governance etc.Reviews various agreements and documentsProvide legal advice to the organizationPrepare reports, guidelines and participates in the management of legal actionsWork closely with other departments to foresee and protect company against legal risksCapable of managing multiple projects at a time and successfully to completion.
