Specialist, HR Data Management & AnalyticsUnited States, Georgia, AtlantaHr & Labor03-Aug-2022Ref #: 16007How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)The Specialist, HR Data Management & Analytics will handle the production of HR Service Delivery reports and analytics as well as the data conversion, development, and maintenance of HR data sources and pipelines. Including but not limited to report development, analytics presentation development, data conversion processes and projects, and technical support for HR data needs. Reporting and Analytics:Compile the HR reporting and analytics deliverables, including the implementation of standardized recurring reports, ad hoc queries, analytics presentations, dashboards, and data models.
Work with internal customers to understand their people data requests, attain necessary approvals to release sensitive information, and prioritize delivery dates.
Coordinates cross department and external vendor discovery and requirement gathering sessions to define end-to-end HR data requirements.
Ensures accuracy and final quality review of all analytics/reports.
Provide support for the administration and reporting of special programs as they are developed and implemented. This could include special or recurring benefit and compensation programs, time management, talent management and talent acquisition.
Others:Partner with Equal Opportunity and Legal teams to produce reporting for an ongoing audit by the US Department of Labor

High School diploma, GED, or High School Equivalency
At least 2 years of direct professional level analytical experience: working knowledge of analytics or reporting
Position requires systems, data and technical knowledge
Knowledge of data management using MS Access, SQL Server, and reporting / BI tools such as MS Excel, Tableau or similar data mining and reporting software applications.
HR administration knowledge (such as payroll or time management) or a strong business process background is beneficial
Requires minimum supervision

Excellent interpersonal customer service skills and the ability to work in a team environment
Must possess ability to effectively interact with a variety of individuals within the company, clients, carriers, and vendor organizations

Fluency with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Ability to manage highly confidential materials and issues effectively

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)Exposure to HR systems and applications
Experience working in SAP HANA and with SAP data tables
Working knowledge of an ETL tool such as Alteryx, SSIS
Database architecture knowledge (experience creating tables, views, etc.)
