Eggs 'n Things is seeking an "Eggceptional" candidate for the role of Kitchen Manager at our Honolulu location. Relevant experience is necessary for this full-time position.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a line cook
At least 3 years of management experience
ServSafe certification
Proficiency in inventory management, scheduling, training and development, conducting management and staff meetings, and executing specials
Understanding of food preparation, sanitation, purchasing, and waste management
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment, make quick decisions, manage stressful situations, and maintain professionalism
Physical capability to lift 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work weekends and holidays

Signing Bonus:
$550 Bonus after the first 90 days of full-time work (no infractions or major policy violations)
$550 Bonus after 1 year of work (no infractions or major policy violations)
All incentives are paid through company paychecks and are subject to government and state taxes.
