Small General Contractor looking for an all around construction personnel to do estimating, project admin and assist with our operations which include new homes, kitchen, bath and general renovations.
Some duties include but are not limited to: takeoff/estimates/proposal writing, vendor coordination for finishes, project schedules, ordering materials, prep new jobs, post receipts to QB, etc.
This position is a virtual work from home. We will provide you with a laptop and virtual apps (paid for by our company).
We require someone with construction background who is dependable, self starter, work without constant Supervision and can get the job 100% done without errors. Accounting experience is a plus.
