Outfitters Kauai is looking for an office manager to supervise operations of our kayak and zipline tours in a very casual office. Duties include reservations and customer service, some staff supervision, assisting with daily scheduling, managing daily deposits, and assisting with other admin duties as time allows. Starting pay $22/hour plus commission with an increase after training. For the right candidate, there is room for advancement within the company. We provide medical, dental, and drug benefits for full time employees, as well as an IRA for employees after 2 years.
Part-time and full-time positions are available. Some weekend hours are required. Candidates should be mature, friendly, detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, be computer literate and have experience with Word and Excel, and have reliable transportation. Experience with FareHarbor is a plus. Covid-19 vaccination required.
