MANUAL LATHE OPERATOR:
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
5+ years experience/ Trade school certificate
Valid Hawaii State Driver's License
Dependable, eager, detailed oriented.
Must have basic tools, larger equipment/tools will be provided for use in house.
Responsibilities:
Must be able to use gauges and other measuring instruments.
Must have extensive knowledge in both imperial and metric units of measure.
Use precision tools, machinery, and equipment such as: manual lathes, milling machine, drill press, hydraulic press, chop saw, band saw and other cutting tools.
Fabricate and modify shapes such as tools and machine parts out of metals, plastics, and composite materials.
