Susina is hiring a cook to join our small team. We are a 3 chef kitchen looking to add a fourth. Position is full time. Wednesday through Saturday shifts run roughly 12:30 - 10:30 with a prep shift on Tuesday noon til 6. We are a true scratch kitchen with all dishes, sauces, desserts, pastas etc. made from scratch.
The position doesn't start until October 7th. Will be closed for a 2 week vacation September 22 through October 6th but we anticipate a busy fall/winter season and are excited to get a new team member on board.
The position will start with pantry, being responsible for salads, snacks and desserts all made from scratch. Having experience with cooking/desserts is helpful for starters but we are willing to train for the right fit. We are a small crew that spends 40+ hours per week together so we’d like someone who is excited by food and can handle some daily chit chat. You should be excited/interested in food, wine, and/or service.
