As Associate Business Development Manager, you will integrate across Customer Sales, the Customer Leadership Organization and Brand Marketing in leading annual plan management for assigned brands within our Snacks portfolio, including the iconic Angie\'s BOOMCHICKAPOP Ready-to-Eat Popcorn brand. You will develop prioritized specific sales goals, information, and programs to translate into plans for field sales execution. Coordinate with Brand to develop plans consistent with long-range goals. Communicate insights, category growth strategies and important business topics to the field. Establish collaborative relationships with customer and sales teams. Connect customer and brand strategies to achieve accelerated growth plans. Lead the field in the delivery of annual volume, trade, and profit plans for your assigned brands. You will report to a Director of Business Development.
