Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Compensation Manager in the Semi-Conductors and Electric Component Manufacturing industry, located in Bloomington, Minnesota. This role is ideal for individuals skilled in Compensation Surveys and Job Design, and familiar with the Dayforce software. As a Compensation Manager, you will be carrying out key projects, reevaluating specific areas of the organization, and conducting market analysis. Responsibilities: Collaborate with leadership to create and align job descriptions for various roles Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages Survey other semi-conductor associations in the area to establish appropriate salary scales Participate in the hiring process as an integral part of a small team of HR Business Partners Present reports to the steering committee on a regular basis Utilize Dayforce software to manage and monitor compensation and benefits data Design and implement compensation surveys to gather and analyze industry data Manage and resolve any compensation-related inquiries and issues Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all compensation-related activities in the organization Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Semi-Conductors or Electric Component Manufacturing industry. Proven expertise in conducting compensation surveys and designing job roles. Proficiency in using Dayforce software for compensation management. Strong analytical skills to develop compensation strategies and plans. Demonstrated ability in managing compensation packages and salary scales based on internal and external factors. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with various stakeholders. Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information. Knowledge of current market trends and regulations related to compensation. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. detail oriented certifications in Compensation Management would be an added advantage. Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reports.
