Description We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic team! In this role, you will be the face of our company, helping to resolve client and candidate inquiries with a positive attitude and excellent problem-solving skills. This long-term contract/contract-to-hire opportunity is located in the Indianapolis, Indiana area.Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Resolve issues and provide information about our services.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
