Description We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to an executive team. This role is essential in facilitating efficient operations and ensuring that the executives can focus their strategic priorities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to handle high-level responsibilities with professionalism. This is a long-term contract/contract-to-hire opportunity located in the Indianapolis, IN area.Job Description:

Executive Support: Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and prepare itineraries.

Communication Management: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls, and act as a liaison between executives and other staff.

Document Preparation: Draft, review, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.

Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare for meetings, including setting up conference calls, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.

Office Management: Oversee office operations, including managing supplies, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring a well-organized workspace.

Requirements

Education: Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior executives and other stakeholders.Organization: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain a high level of accuracy.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
