Dare to make an impact?YOUR ROLE A Predictive Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and equipment within an organization. By utilizing advanced technologies and data analysis techniques, they predict potential equipment failures before they occur, minimizing downtime, reducing maintenance costs, and optimizing overall efficiency. This position demands a strong technical background, analytical skills, and the ability to interpret complex data patterns to make informed decisions.

Strive to eliminate downtime

Collect and analyze data from various sources, such as sensors, monitoring devices, and historical records, to identify patterns and trends

Utilize predictive maintenance software and tools to assess equipment health and predict potential failures

Must create summary presentations and daily activity logs

Employ predictive maintenance techniques, including vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasound, Motion amplification and oil analysis, to detect early signs of equipment degradation or malfunction

Monitor and interpret predictive maintenance data to identify anomalies and deviations from normal operating conditions

Collaborate with engineers, technicians, Reliability managers and other stakeholders to develop maintenance strategies based on predictive analysis

Develop PdM routes and determine the scheduling frequencies for the predictive maintenance activities

Diagnose equipment issues based on predictive maintenance data and recommend corrective actions

Complete appropriate predictive maintenance orders

Keep up to date with the latest technologies and methodologies in predictive maintenance through vendor interactions and continuous learning

Must be self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, managing tasks independently and efficiently

YOUR SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 5 years industrial maintenance

High School Diploma or GED required

Advanced technical training preferred

Certifications in predictive maintenance techniques are a plus

Previous experience in Predictive Maintenance techniques

Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs

Advanced understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics and mechanics

Strong troubleshooting skills

Basic understanding of electrical systems

Microsoft office

Must possess the initiative and capability to independently acquire new skills, tools, and knowledge as necessary for the role

Knowledge of SAP (CMMS)

Create predictive routes and job plans within SAP

The salary for this role is $31.20 - $43.32.This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
