Job Description TEKsystems, in support of our client, is seeking Application Support Analysts to be part of a new and growing team.POSITION SUMMARY: Under general supervision, the Application Support Analysts will analyze system user requests, recommend system modification, and provide system user support. This role will be responsible for planning, developing, testing, and documenting new and modified computer programs. Perform other related work as required.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Meets with users to understand needs, evaluates possible solutions, analyzes impact of changes and modifications to the client’s applications.

Manages support ticket backlog and prioritizes effectively to meet client service levels.

Tracks project status and updates related documentation. Supports continuous creation of, and updates to, support documentation.

Identifies trends in issues and proactively suggests options to prevent future occurrences.

Analyzes and prioritizes requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Analyzes business processes and recommends solutions to improve efficiency.

Provides ongoing support to internal business users and external customers.

Maintains relationships with other IT resources, business resources, and external resources.

Tests program changes for impact in the development environment.

Maintains system software through upgrades and enhancements.

Manages or administers application configurations.

Troubleshoots and/or resolves application issues or collaborates with IT resources and/or customers in the resolution of application issues.

Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills

Ability to work in a team environment

Provide a logical approach to problem-solving

Plan and adhere to deadlines

Familiar with Microsoft Office and Visio

Special Requirements/Certification:

Experience with CRM

Experience with Microsoft Teams, SmartSheet, DocuSign, and other low-code platforms

Experience in the computer industry preferred

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE :

Bachelor of Science or Arts degree or equivalent training and work experience

1–3 years of experience in a related work field

Additional Skills & Qualifications:Remote work is possible for ideal candidates, but on site or hybrid is heavily preferred.This team will support apps that have been adopted by certain groups but mostly not by the enterprise. 6-8 apps with a few hundred users each. SmartSheet and Teams are the top two apps that will be supported right away. Docusign, Workday, Hyland Onbase, Salesforce, etc, may be in play as well. The team will begin with 2 support analysts and the plan is to grow the team to around 6 people in the near future.Experience Level:Intermediate LevelBenefits:
