Description We are seeking a Compliance Analyst to join our team in Louisville, Kentucky. The role entails ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies, specifically with regards to excise and TTB compliance. This short term contract role offers the flexibility of remote work and would be particularly suitable for individuals located in the EST and CST time zones.Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with excise and TTB regulations and internal policies Conduct compliance audits and prepare detailed reports on findings Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of implemented compliance processes Liaise with various teams to communicate compliance procedures and expectations Keep abreast of state regulations to ensure the company's continuous compliance Address compliance-related inquiries promptly and accurately Identify and address compliance risks through the implementation of preventive measures Develop and implement compliance training programs for staff Ensure accurate record keeping and reporting of compliance activities Continually assess compliance processes and make recommendations for improvement. Requirements Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Compliance Analyst role or a similar position. Demonstrate proficiency in compliance, compliance audit, and compliance reporting. Hold a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Display strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Possess the ability to interpret and apply compliance regulations and laws. Demonstrate proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Show a proven track record of effectively managing multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment. Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions. Possess the ability to work independently and in a team. Show a strong commitment to ethical practices and adherence to company policies and standards.
