Contribute accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion
Field and send written business correspondence
Through your success in the role, you will support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers
Receive and place telephone calls
-Inside Sales phone calls to future and current clients Requirements - Microsoft Office experience required
Deep understanding of inside sales
Assist Customers experience desired
Expertise in Customer Account
Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach
2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desired
Proven knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT! Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
Strong communication and social skills
No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
Proficient with diversified computer software and systems
Strong customer service and office administrative skills
Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively
Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external
