Senior Financial Analyst This role requires a seasoned Senior Financial Analyst to provide detailed financial insights and help drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have significant experience as an embedded business partner with success in understanding the key drivers of value creation across a diverse business. Preparing monthly analysis on key financial statement accounts (revenue, expense, and balance sheet accounts) and supporting detailed analysis of corporate cost centers to allow corporate leaders to understand and control their respective cost bases.Lead the financial analysis of our Job Corps line of business, supporting the existing finance resources and operational leaders.  Lead all aspects of controllable expenses reporting including identifying key trends, summarizing themes for leadership teams, and providing ideas to save money and improve controllership.Lead analysis of our corporate cost bases and recoveries (through our cost reimbursement contracts).Assist with quarterly forecasts and annual budget process for corporate cost centers and the Job Corps line of business.Participating in various finance led process improvement activities and other special projects.Collect and present financial information to senior executives relating to risks and opportunities for issues and improvements.Assist with finance due diligence activity, both vendor- and buy-side.Support ad hoc financial analysis requests from the CFO and other senior finance leaders.

  • Maintain a record of perpetual inventory levels of returnable packaging across the customer\'s supply chain.2. Plan and create shipping schedules for returnable packaging by analyzing demand data and current inventory levels.3. Enter transactions and other data into ORBIS\' internal data management system; transactions include, but are not limited to shipping, audits, packaging, part numbers, supplier and carrier information.4. Openly communicate with ORBIS operations, customers, suppliers and/or customers\' customers, and carriers about reusable packaging orders, pickups, inventory, ASN/EDI issues and PFEP information.5. Track adjustments to returnable packaging inventory balances related to disposal or replenishment of the packaging fleet.6. Coordinate cycle counts and data audits to monitor reusable packaging inventory accuracy.7. Support problem solving activities to help resolve discrepancies related to reusable packaging identified throughout customers\' supply chains.8. Support the creation of bills of lading and customs documents necessary to ensure proper delivery of domestic and international returnable packaging shipments.9. Manage KPI\'s and scorecards related to the ongoing efficiencies of the customers\' supply chains.10. Develop, maintain, and present reports to internal and external customers.11. Maintain and continuously improve relations with internal and external contacts and build reputation of a proactive problem solver.12.
