HR Business PartnerDescription:Position Title:HR Business PartnerLocation:Louisville, KYPay Range:$86,000-$115,700Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.The Job You Will Perform:We currently have an opening for a Human Resource Business Partner to provide support primarily to three manufacturing and warehouse facilities: Louisville, Lexington and Bowling Green, Kentucky. The position should reside in the Louisville area. Regular travel to all facilities is required. We are looking for a highly motivated, engaged, committed individual that has an interest or background in Human Resources in a manufacturing environment.The Human Resource Manager will work collaboratively with the Regional Human Resource Manager and facility management providing superior human resources services to our employees and the facility. This position will support a broad range of human resource activities including employee engagement, performance management, recruitment and selection, equal employment, employee relations, employee benefits, compliance training, and leadership development. This is a “hands on” position that requires interaction and visibility with all levels of the organization.The Skills You Will Bring:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field

Minimum 3-5 years of multi-faceted Human Resources Generalist experience within a manufacturing environment

Experience with both union and union-free locations a plus

Excellent communication interpersonal and change management skills

Ability to lead and influence others

Demonstrated ability in managerial courage

Grade 8 (Salary)Position Description:The University of Louisville Campus Health Services is seeking a qualified Associate Director Business Unit Administration. This position manages all patient service operations for front desk, immunization programs, and respiratory fit testing program for both the Health Sciences Center and Cardinal Station locations. Responsible for the development and/or creation of workflows and process improvement for front desk operations, immunization programs and respiratory fit testing. Interacts with multiple internal groups including students, faculty, staff as well as students/departments on the Health Science campus, including House Staff, School of Medicine, Dental School, Speech and Audiology programs and School of Nursing in Louisville and Owensboro.This position will also assist the Director, Business Unit Administration to provide a broad range of administrative support to all units within the department, collaborating with both external and internal constituents to ensure that administrative functions occur in an accurate and efficient manner while adhering to university and public policy.
