Description:-Scheduler will be working directly with mobile phlebotomists and patients to schedule at-home appointments of blood draws.-Take a high volume of inbound and outbound calls. -Work through orders as sent out by the doctors, viewing relevant information through their internal system. -Provide exceptional customer support when interacting with patients and contract phlebotomists.-Data entry of appointments scheduled in their internal system. Qualifications:-High School diploma-Undergraduate Degree preferred-1-3 years of customer service or data entry experience
