Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team. This role specializes in handling patient reenrollments, ensuring a seamless and efficient process for our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of insurance policies, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:

Assist patients with the reenrollment process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and timely.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns related to reenrollments.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and regulations.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies in patient accounts.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Document and update patient information in the system accurately.

Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
