Committed to excellence, we seek a dedicated Payroll Manager experienced in Paylocity to ensure accurate processing and recording of our company's payroll.Key Responsibilities:Manage Paylocity payroll system to process payrolls for multiple entities.Ensure accurate record-keeping by reviewing timesheet data and checking for discrepancies.Compile and submit payroll data into Paylocity while ensuring each salary component for each entity is correctly calculated and updated.Generate payroll-related reports when necessary to assist other departments (i.e. finance, HR).Handle employee inquiries about wage deductions, payroll processes, and other payroll-related matters.Stay updated on federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.Maintain confidentiality and secure payroll operations by backing up records.Assist in annual audits relating to payroll and timesheet records.Continually improve the payroll process and work with the HR team to streamline payroll and time-keeping systems.Qualifications:Proven experience as a payroll manager or similar role in a multi-entity environment.Familiarity and experience with Paylocity is essential.Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices.Strong PC skills including proficiency in Excel.Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.Excellent communication skills and ability to manage internal and external relationships.Up-to-date with all relevant legislation, rules, and regulations.Join our dynamic team and take the next step in your career as a Payroll Manager.
