Our CompanyPharMerica OverviewTheFramework Corporate Trainerworks under the supervision of the Training Delivery Manager to implement training programs for pharmacies dispensing orders via Framework LTC (Long-term Care) software. You will be part of a remote team of trainers who travel to perform role-based pharmacy systems training onsite. Once trained, you will often be expected to travel solo and deliver training to Pharmacy Employees. You will need to be able to travel up to 50% of your time and reside anywhere across the contiguous United States near a major airport. When not traveling, you will have opportunities to develop training materials using the latest industry-preferred software for written documentation, eLearning courses, and gamification development. You will be joining a team responsible for coordinating, managing, and executing multiple training initiatives via both in-person and remote engagements that play a key role in the success of PharMerica’s goals. Pharmacy Order Entry Technician

Historic work travel has been frequent/exceeded one business week per month

Responsibilities

Assesses training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers, instructors, or customer representatives

Designs, plans, organizes, or facilities pharmacy software new hire and refresher training programs for employees

Supports the development of self-directed, self-paced, on-demand modules for employees’ current role and in-company career exploration

Presents information with a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures

Travels onsite to support training development and delivery as needed – up to 50% of time

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Related Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent work experience in Instructional design/Work force education

Or 3-5 Years combined experience performing Pharmacy Order Entry or leading/training Pharmacy staff on dispensing systems

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrated presentation and customer service skills

Efficient in MSOffice and ability to work in other database tracking systems

Experience supporting new employees in a fast-paced environment

Demonstrated ability to learn new technology remotely

Ability to work within branding guidelines and follow templates/job aides to provide continuity to our internal customers

Highly motivated and self-directed with proven record of working remotely/independently and prioritizing tasks to maximize time management effectively
