The ideal candidate will have 5+ years supporting senior leaders, handling complex logistics, with experience working in fast-paced environments requiring frequent re-pivoting of priorities and demands. This role will support senior leaders in the Marketing and Sales departments.

3 days in office - 2 days remote (only local candidates will be considered)

Salary dependent on experience

Provide administrative support to a Sr Vice President and Vice President (Sales and Marketing)

Execute excellence as it relates to logistics coordination

Coordinate, schedule, and swiftly handle all calendar management activities including conference calls, internal and external meetings

Arrange travel (regional, East Coast)

Coordinate sales trainings

Prepare, edit and create PowerPoint presentations

Proo and edit documents

Compose correspondences on behalf of senior leaders

Compile reports and spreadsheets

Act as screener for telephone calls, emails, and incoming mail

Maintain electronic and paper files

Work on special projects as assigned

Provide as needed backup support to the Executive Assistant team
