Qualifications listed below.
- Must have 2+ years CDC experience
- A background and interest in seasonal cuisine and sustainability a plus
- Experience managing food and labor costs, menu development & pricing, sourcing, kitchen organization, food safety
knowledge
- Banquet and Catering experience a plus
- Excellent time management
- Must have strong communication skills and the ability to mentor, train & educate a team on all BOH related skills
