We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Property Manager to join our team and drive our investment business growth direction.
Qualifications:
● Mid-Level 2+ years of experience in Real Estate or any closely related fields, preferably in property management, construction, real estate brokerage, or real estate finance.
● Goal Driven, proven leadership and team player capabilities.
● Understanding of real estate finance items.
● Outstanding negotiations, communication, and interpersonal abilities esp. with tenants and contractors.
● Good work ethics and habits.
● Additional languages such as Spanish is good to have.
Current duties and tasks revolve around interactions tenants, contractors, rental properties, agents, and the remote team.
Local traveling up to 40 miles to property or business sites are required (local travel expense reimbursable). Hybrid work scenarios are possible for experienced professionals with agreed on deliverables.
Available specialization can include real estate agent work (we're also a brokerage), construction project management, rent court agent, investor relations, commercial real estate for restaurants, etc.
