Power Construction Roofing & Siding Corp. is 16 years strong and seeking a motivated leader to work hand in hand with the owner and his staff. We are a local roofing and siding business out of Natick, MA.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our ideal candidate must have experience in company management, strong communication skills, computer skills and knowledge of QuickBooks and CRM programs. We are looking for a person who is a real team leader and has the ability to handle all aspects of the business including our office and job sites. This person would also be interviewing for new hires, job scheduling, tracking our sales team, and job profits and loss. This is a bright and early position as the day will begin at job site check-ins before arriving at the office.
SKILLS:
Sales experience a plus but not required
Solid knowledge of QuickBooks On Line
General knowledge of CRM
Ability to type 40 WPM
Background in construction a plus but not required
Bachelor Degree preferred but not required
Background in management a must
SALARY:
Weekly salary and monthly commission based pay on net profit. Exact starting salary is to be discussed.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
