It’s a dinner-only restaurant during the week with an electric weekend brunch — a place where energy, connection, and authenticity create unforgettable moments every night.
Who You Are
A dynamic, present leader who brings energy, warmth, and charisma to every shift

Strong P&L and systems management background with full financial accountability
Deep understanding of food and beverage, with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with chefs and bar leaders
