Responsibilities

Represent the School of Nursing at college fairs, high school visits, and other recruitment events. Present information sessions. Answer questions regarding admission requirements and academic programs. Collaborate closely with the Transfer Recruiter and Admissions Coordinator.

Develop and implement short- and long-term targeted recruiting strategies. Track prospective student contacts using the Salesforce CRM. Coordinate logistics for events related to undergraduate student recruitment, including a series of admitted student events and activities. Provide admissions reports, as well as assessments of effectiveness of events to meet recruitment goals.

Review applications. Work with members of the admissions committee to ensure applications are reviewed according to committee guidelines. Collaborate with the Office of Undergraduate Admissions (OUA), the Office of Financial Aid (OFA), and other partners to support the matriculation of students to the program.

Draft and send communications related to upcoming events and admissions information. Maintain web content and contribute social media related to recruitment and admissions.

A Bachelor's degree.

One (1) to two (2) years of experience in admissions, recruitment, or related field.

Experience presenting information to public audiences both virtually and in-person.

Experience in event planning, project reporting and evaluation.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to receive and convey information clearly and concisely using various mediums.

Demonstrated experience at the advanced level in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), and especially Excel.

Experience with admissions processes, or University systems within higher education, such as M-Pathways (Peoplesoft) or Salesforce CRM is helpful.

Must have a valid driver's license to operate University owned vehicle.

Additional InformationShift/Hours/Days: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday; some weekend and/or evening hours are required, including some overnight travel.Currently, this position has the option to be hybrid; and will be reviewed annually per the university and School of Nursing policy.Salary: The target salary range for this position is $52,000-$53,500 per year.
