Landscape Construction Company looking for someone to maintain our equipment and keep things organized. You don't have to be a certified mechanic, but some mechanical ability and understanding of equipment operation is required. This could be a great position for a contractor or mechanic easing into or out of retirement, or anyone who can perform the described duties with minimal supervision. This job could be full-time or part time. We have an excellent facility/shop space. Duties include:
Create and maintain an equipment maintenance schedule/system
Change oil and filters
Grease all equipment regularly
Monitor tire pressure and wear
Clean trucks, equipment and shop space
Run miscellaneous errands
Transport equipment to outside repair facilities when necessary.
