Engineering Services Associate Manager (Accenture LLP; Detroit, MI): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Engineering Services Associate Manager in Detroit, MI, and the job duties are as follows:

Design electrical schematic designs and circuit board layouts based on project requirements.

Execute detailed design reviews of junior engineer's design to ensure they meet project requirements.

Develop design processes and validation of new methods.

Research new technologies for team members to utilize in designs.

Design engineering hardware/software test bench setups and direct implementation and execution.

Review specifications and requirements regarding planning of product design and/or of test cases as directed by the project manager.

Direct the performance of advanced test cases by engineering team members.

Support the laboratory engineering teams by performing both software and hardware related tasks.

Report opinions and interpretations based upon engineering knowledge and experience.

Supervise performance of laboratory technicians and trainees.

Provide feedback on usability and serviceability and trace and report quality risk results.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:Must have a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the engineering services industry.Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:

Designing electrical systems in Altium Designer;

Validating electrical circuits and systems, including CAN, Cellular, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth or GPS, and Power Electronics;

Executing projects using Agile processes;

Defect tracking and agile project management using Jira;

Validating electrical systems including automotive, wireless communications, or industrial; and

Utilizing electrical evaluation tools including Oscilloscopes and multimeters.
