We are looking for motivated individuals to conduct walk-throughs of vacant homes in Detroit. This role involves attending scheduled walk-throughs, taking detailed photographs, and documenting the condition of properties. Familiarity with Detroit's neighborhoods is highly valued.
Responsibilities:
Attend scheduled walk-throughs of vacant properties.
Take detailed, high-quality photographs of the homes, capturing key aspects of their condition.
Report on the condition of the properties, identifying any areas of concern.
Maintain a timely and professional manner when completing inspections, including leaving properties secure after touring
Requirements:
Must be physically able to walk and stand for extended periods
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Must have a smartphone to complete reports and a camera (including a smartphone w/ a high-definition camera) to take photos
A valid driver's license and
Reliable transportation via a motor vehicle with valid insurance
