Description We are offering a contract opportunity for a Project Coordinator in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The Project Coordinator will be primarily responsible for managing purchase requisitions and orders. This role involves close coordination with the IT Portfolio Analysts, along with managing various projects as required.Responsibilities: Enter information from source documents such as purchase order request form, DocuSign emails into Ariba for purchase order creation. Maintain spreadsheets of contract sourcing or funding data. Manage cross-functional projects or programs. Work collaboratively across IT and business areas with all levels of team members, project leads, management, and vendor partners. Handle vendor communication for issue resolution. Enter information from source documents, spreadsheets, emails into SAP for capital expense approval. Perform ad hoc financial reporting and backlog grooming as needed. Maintain accurate customer credit records. Reconcile invoices within Ariba. Assist with the management of PO backlogs. Utilize skills in accounts payable, budget processes, procurement, and issue resolution.Requirements Demonstrated proficiency in communication skills, both written and verbal. Practical experience in Accounts Payable (AP) management. Understanding of budget processes and fiscal management. Ability to perform ad hoc financial tasks and reporting. Proficient in using spreadsheets for data analysis and presentation. Experience in procurement processes including purchase orders and purchase requisitions. Ability to work effectively with partners and vendor partners. Knowledge of capital management strategies and practices. Experience in sourcing materials, services, or vendors. Proficiency in backlog grooming and issue resolution. Familiarity with DocuSign and Ariba software platforms. Experience with PO creation and invoice reconciliation. Basic knowledge of SAP S/4HANA for business operations. Understanding of QA Management principles. Ability to handle administrative tasks such as photocopying and scanning documents.
