Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst based in Holland, Ohio. This role primarily involves supporting the existing Help Desk team with end-of-the-year projects and resolving customer inquiries. This position will enable you to leverage your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Responsibilities: Respond to customer support tickets and provide troubleshooting solutions Assist in year-end inventory support projects Utilize your knowledge of Mac Computers, Microsoft, and Active Directory in resolving issues Use ticketing systems efficiently for managing customer queries Provide excellent customer service while handling client issues Manage configurations and deployments on Apple Devices and other computer hardware Perform basic and hardware troubleshooting to resolve customer problems Support in maintaining service desk tickets and other support tickets effectively.Requirements Candidate must possess a minimum of one year of experience in a Help Desk Analyst role or similar position. Proficiency in using and troubleshooting Mac Computers is a must. Knowledge and experience in using Microsoft products, including Office Suite, is required. Must have experience with Active Directory, including user account creation, password resets, and group policy management. Familiarity with Apple Devices and their configuration is necessary. Ability to understand and troubleshoot Computer Hardware issues is essential. Experience in Configuration Management is crucial for effectively managing, coordinating, and implementing changes to IT systems within the organization. Must be capable of executing Deployments, including software installations and updates. Basic Troubleshooting skills are a must, including the ability to diagnose and resolve issues with computer systems and software. Proficiency in Hardware Troubleshooting, including the ability to diagnose and repair issues with computer hardware. Experience in managing Service Desk Tickets, including receiving, logging, and resolving service requests. Must be capable of handling Support Tickets, including receiving, logging, and resolving support requests. Familiarity with a Ticketing System for tracking and managing user requests and incidents is necessary.
